Pafilia Property Developers is investing EUR 30 mln for the final stage of development in the infrastructure and facilities at its luxury residential resort, Minthis Hills, with the resort facilities expected to be completed within two years.

This is in addition to the landmark ONE – the tallest residential seafront tower in Europe, to be built on Limassol’s popular seafront.
The Minthis Hills facilities include a unique wellness centre with an indoor/outdoor concept, located in a secluded yet convenient location on the hillside, within walking distance to the new village square featuring a selection of restaurants, cafes, galleries and shops.
Designed by Woods Bagot, the architecture and facilities enrich the resort lifestyle experience and enhance the striking natural beauty, but also firmly place Minthis Hills as a luxury lifestyle destination resort.
In addition, a further range of sports facilities are being developed including an outdoor gym, equestrian centre, tennis courts, mountain bike/hiking paths and indoor sports ground.
Pafilia has already invested EUR 75 mln at Minthis Hills, including over 70 residential properties, the road networks as well as the general infrastructure works of the resort, in addition to the he 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse including a café, bar and restaurant with the menu inspired by the famous French chef Alain Ducasse.
“Minthis Hills is a development of great strategic importance. The innovative development is playing a major role in the rejuvenation of the construction industry and the local economy as it is one of just a few large-scale developments under construction in Cyprus,” said Demetris Ashiotis, Pafilia’s Executive Director.
“With its stunning historic location and views, its exquisite residences and facilities, it’s a next generation luxury resort offering an authentic lifestyle experience.”
