Nearing its first anniversary of operations, Cobalt announced the arrival of a sixth aircraft to enrich its fleet and offer a wider choice of destinations.

The Airbus Α320-232 is expected to start revenue flights shortly in order to satisfy the increasing demand for airline seats to and from Cyprus.
The new aircraft landed at Larnaca airport on Saturday and is expected to commence its first flight “soon”, according to the airline’s announcement..
The new A320-232 is the second aircraft to join the Cobalt fleet under lease from GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS).
By constantly adding aircraft to its fleet, Cobalt said it aims to fulfil its commitment to passengers to broaden and expand its network and offer travelers new popular destinations served directly from Cyprus.
Despite teething problems with delays in deliveries of aircraft last summer, Cobalt has expanded its network and constantly markets special deals on air fares to popular destinations in the U.K., Greece and more recently to Beirut, Lebanon.
