CYPRUS: 13-week T-bills yield at -0.04%, auction of €100 mln

The Public Debt Management Office of the Ministry of Finance announced that during the 13 Week Treasury Bills Auction on May 2, tenders for a total amount of €195 mln were submitted, out of which, €100 mln total nominal value were accepted with a weighted average yield of -0,04%.

The accepted prices ranged between 100,0051 – 100,0138 with corresponding yields from -0,02% to -0,05%.
On April 3, the government sold €100 mln of this type of security with an average yield of -0.08%, which was an all-time low.
