CYPRUS: Medochemie celebrates 40 years of excellence in pharma sector

Medochemie, the leading pharmaceutical company in Cyprus, celebrated its 40 th anniversary with a host of cultural and other events, including sponsorships.

The main event was held at Ancient Curium, with the performance by popular singer Alkistis Protopsalti.
In his addres at the event, President Nicos Anastasiades praised Medochemie, whose sales account for about 26% of all Cyprus exports, thanking the company’s founder and chairman, Dr Andreas Pittas for his contribution to the economy and to society in general.
The company operates 20 international offices and is active in 106 markets, including 13 production sites, of which nine are in Cyprus, one in the Netherlands and three in Vietnam.
