TRAINING: PAs, EUMA maximise E-factor in workplace

The European Management Assistants (EUMA) held their 41st annual conference in Paris where more than 250 delegates, including nine from Cyprus, focused on “Maximising the E-Factor, a potential to reach professional excellence.”


Invited speakers from the HR and training sectors elaborated on the subjects of “Excellence in Action – Maximising your brain for Excellence”, “Building a powerful brand”, “Tagging for talent” and “Mastering the way you look”, all vital tools in the development of management assistants, PAs and office administrators.
Two members from the Cyprus EUMA National Board, Rita Kotsapa – National Chairman and Endrie Koupepidou – National PR Officer, participated at the Council meetings representing the Cyprus branch of the European association of professionals.
The annual “Excellence Awards” were also announced at the Paris conference where Rita Kotsapa was first runner-up in recognition for her achievements in her professional life.
Cyprus will host the next EUMA annual conference that will be held in Limassol on September 25 – 26, 2015.
