The Four Seasons in Limassol is hosting its traditional Chocolate Week at Colors Café, which this year will last longer than before, from November 14 to 23, due to popular demand.

To launch the event, the hotel’s management hosted a gala dinner at its Vivaldi restaurant where the executive chef and his team prepared a selection of gourmet starters and mains. Dinner started with yellow-fin tuna tataki with an Asian touch, avocado tartar and pineapple vinaigrette. Added to this was the Norwegian salmon En Sous – Vide, celeriac pure with a crispy fennel and orange salad, culminating in a braised fillet of veal, artichoke cannelloni, cream of carrot and veal stock.

That was followed by a taste of what is to follow at the Chocolate Week: a chocolate party prepared by the hotel’s pastry chef and his team with creations based on the Brazilian chocolate Boa Sentenca, ranging from spicy to silken flavours, with a touch of magic.
