PwC Cyprus trainees win top places in ACCA exams

Andri Lazarou, Demetra Olymbiou, Jacek Zybert and Simona Attaallah, trainee accountants at PwC Cyprus won top places in Cyprus in the examinations of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), which took place in June.
Andri Lazarou, who achieved first place in the Advanced Audit and Assurance paper, is a graduate of the Department of Public and Business Administration of the University of Cyprus. She joined PwC Cyprus in October 2011 and is currently working in Assurance & Advisory services in Nicosia.
Demetra Olymbiou achieved first place in the Performance Management paper. She has a degree in History and Archaeology from the University of Cyprus. Demetra joined PwC in March 2012 and is currently working in Global Compliance Services in Nicosia.
Jacek Zybert achieved first place in the Advanced Financial Management paper. He has a BA in Finance and Banking and an MA in Finance and Accounting from Warsaw School of Economics. Jacek joined PwC in November 2010 and is currently working in Direct Tax Services in Nicosia.
Simona Attaallah achieved first place in the Advanced Financial Management paper. She has a BSc in Economics and Accounting and a Masters degree in Accountancy and Audit from AI I Cuza University in Romania. Simona joined the firm in September 2008 and is currently working in Global Compliance Services in Nicosia.
