CIIM hosts workshop for development and promotion for service companies

The growth and profitability of services sector companies, the backbone of the Cyprus economy, is directly related to the international development of their business and promotion in different markets, which is why the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) is presenting a seminar on this subject at its Nicosia premises on March 20 and 21.
The seminar, subsidised by the state HRDA department, is designed to help service companies (including financial services, new technology services, health and pharmaceutical services and professional services) in identifying new (or expansion) market, validating new (or expansion) markets, setting up an internationalisation strategy, matching target markets to a fitting internationalisation strategy, and, romotion of services of entering a new market or expanding operations in an existing market.
The two day training is followed by half-day in house consulting to help the participating companies to form an optimal internationalisation strategy by identifying financial, structural, human resource, branding and other considerations for their business when entering new markets or expanding in existing markets, as well as by planning on acquiring the resources required to implement such a strategy.
The seminar is addressed to managers who are responsible for the development, strategy and promotion of the business. such as marketing and sales managers and other managers and professionals.
