Botrini refreshes La Pasteria menu in Cyprus

Celebrity chef Ettore Botrini, known from his show ‘Nightmare in the Kitchen’, was recently in Nicosia to help launch the revised new menu at the La Pasteria. The popular TV host “added new flavours and simplified the menu” to make it more appealing to customers who want quality Italian food at an affordable price.
“It was a double challenge for me – I was given the chance to express the Italian side of my roots, recalling tastes from my childhood, while on the other hand, I had to absorb the logic of a simple cuisine that would be pleasing and soothing, just like the real Italian cuisine. A tasty pizza, the right carbonara, a simple risotto and a refreshing salad.”
Dishes appeal to all tastes, from the prawn and avocado pasta to the rocca pizza, one of six that are new to the menu.
