Huawei Technologies Co. has entrusted Kazoulis Global Logistics with the responsibility of transporting 20 mln euros worth of radio transmission equipment for the upgrade of the MTN network in Cyprus.
The decision, according to a Kazoulis announcement, considered the cost factor, facilities, equipment and experience record.
The contract was signed at the Orbit Kazoulis offices in Limassol by Mohammed Kamel, SC Contracts Manager, North Africa Sub-Region of Huawei Technologies and Andreas Kazoulis, chairman, and Andreas Ioannou, Managing Director, Kazoulis Global Logistics.
The company recently completed its new high-tech premises, having invested heavily in new equipment and human resources.
“Signing this agreement marks the beginning of a new experience for the Cyprus market as undertaking this project paves the way for local and international companies who normally would assign their supply management chain to foreign contractors, thus saving them enormous cost and administrative benefits,” said Andreas Ioannou.
