Inflation rate in Cyprus at -1% in October 2009

Cyprus Harmonised Index of Consumer Price for October 2009 was negative for the fourth month in a row, according to the data issued today by the Statistical Service of the Republic of Cyprus.

The rate of inflation for October 2009 was -1.0%, compared to -1.2% in September 2009. A year earlier, September 2008, the rate was 4.8%.
