Alan Waring to lecture on Risk Management to Cyprus Directors

The Cyprus branch of the Institute of Directors (IoD) is organising a lecture next month on Risk Management to be delivered by Dr. Alan E. Waring, an authority on the subject and a regular contributor to the Financial Mirror.
The lecture will be delivered at the Auditorium of the Bank of Cyprus Headquarters at Ayia Paraskevi, Nicosia, on Tuesday, October 13 at 7pm and is open to the public, primarily IoD members, business and investment executives and officers, as well as professional advisers to companies.
A case study of how risk management is applied in major organisations will be presented by Nicolas Karydas, Bank of Cyprus Group General Manager responsible for Risk Management.
The event will be held under the auspices of the Chairman of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, George Koufaris and the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Committee, George Charalambous.
It is expected to last an hour, followed by drinks.
