Sanyo Greece lifts stake in Exelixis Cyprus

Exelixis Investments Public Ltd (EXIN) announced that on September 3, Ioannis Kapetanakis who was the holder of 670,000 ordinary shares of the company (8,62% of the company’s share capital) proceeded with an over-the-counter disposal of its shareholding to Stavros Papageorgiou (120,000 shares) and Georgios Papageorgiou (220,000), who are associated persons with Sanyo Hellas Holding SA, being the main shareholder of Exelixis.
Subsequent to acquisition of the company’s stake, the total shareholding that Sanyo and its associated persons hold in the company has increased to 74.94% from 70.57% before.
