Cypriots appointed to ISSF World Championships in Shotgun

The International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Bureau has appointed President of the Cyprus Shooting Federation Demetris Lordos as Technical Delegate at the ISSF World Championships 2009 in Shotgun in Maribor, Slovenia.

The ISSF has also appointed the Technical Director of the Cypriot Federation Petros Kyritsis as Competition Manager of the games.

According to ISSF, approximately 600 athletes from 69 countries will participate in the games. The first three men winners and women winners from every sport will immediately secure their participation in the World cup Final, in which the 12 top shooters participate and which will be hosted this year in Beijing.
