Cyprus petroleum sales up in June

The total sales of petroleum products in June 2009 recorded an increase of 7.4% compared to the previous month, according to the Statistical Service Cystat.
Α considerable rise was recorded in the sales of Asphalt, Unleaded Motor Gasoline, and Gasoil, while a decrease was recorded in the sales of Lubricants and Gasoil for Agriculture use.
The total stocks of petroleum products at the end of the month recorded a decrease of 6.3% compared to the previous month.
During the period January – June 2009, the total sales of petroleum products recorded a decrease of 5.6% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
