Sea Star issues 34.6m shares to easyGroup

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 34,615,385 ordinary shares of “Sea Star Capital Plc”, which were issued to Easy Group Holdings Ltd, whose major shareholder is Stelios Hadjiioannou, pursuant to the resolution approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on July 15, 2009.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will reach 629,784,892 shares.
Their trading will commence on Monday, July 20, 2009.
