Interest on Bank of Cyprus capital securities May 28

The investing public is informed that the interest for the quarter 20/03/2009 -19/06/2009 on the Capital Securities 12/2007 issued by Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will be paid on 20th June 2009.
The record date for those eligible to the interest payment is 10th June 2009, that is holders of the above mentioned Capital Securities who will be registered in the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) on the 10th June 2009 will be eligible to the interest payment.
Furthermore, those eligible to the interest payment will be holders of the above mentioned Capital Securities following off-the-Exchange transfers completed on the record date.
The ex-interest date is 5th June 2009.
