Cyprus Sport Organization to host Meeting of Ministers

Cyprus Sport Organization (CSO) will host an Informal Meeting of Ministers responsible for sport of the small states of Europe on Monday 1, 2009, in Nicosia, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Education and Culture.

According to an announcement issued here today by CSO, the Meeting of Ministers will be held within the framework of the Games of the Small States of Europe (GSSE) which are scheduled to take place in Cyprus on June1-6.

The Meeting of Ministers will address the issue of “dual training in sport” to be presented by the CSO Chairman Nicos Kartakoullis, the announcement adds.

The conclusions of the Meeting will be announced during a press conference to be held at the end of Meeting, it concludes.
