Aspis will appeal against Commercial Value SA fine

Aspis Holdings Public Company Ltd announced that it will file an appeal against the decision of the Greek Private Insurance Supervisory Committee, which imposed a fine of EUR500,000 on Commercial Value SA. The Company disagrees with the imposition of the fine since it complies fully with the provisions of the Law. Via a series of letters, the Company submitted to the Committee certain data and documents that prove its compliance with the provisions of the insurance legislation.
