Russian companies are continuing to service their $400 billion foreign debt as normal and the government is not holding talks to help them restructure payments, a top Kremlin aide said on Tuesday.

"There have been no proposals coming to the government about the debt restructuring. The information that such talks are taking place is not true," Arkady Dvorkovich told Reuters.

"Russian companies continue to service the debt as normal," he said.
