Air traffic increases at Larnaca airport Cyprus

Air traffic increased in October 2008 at Larnaca airport, compared with the corresponding period in 2007. According to data published by the Civil Aviation Department, in October 2008 air traffic at Larnaca airport , on the southern coast, rose by 1.6%, air cargo transport by 0.6%, while passengers numbers dropped by 2.9%, compared to October 2007.
Air traffic at Paphos airport, on the west, dropped by 6.8%, passenger numbers dropped by 5.5% and air cargo transport by 13%.
