Louca was born on December 28, 1955 in Marathovouno village of Famagusta district, on the east, and now lives in Aglantzia, a Nicosia suburb. He is married with Demetra Iacovidou and has two children, Nicolas and Danai, 17 and 11 years old, respectively.
