Alliance Re to move to Special Market

The CSE Council announced its decision to transfer the share title of Alliance International Reinsurance Public Company Ltd (ALL.CY) from the Parallel Market to the Special Characteristics Market, after the company was successfully acquired by Flagstone Reassurance Suisse SA. The decision was taken because ALL does not satisfy the minimum capital dispersion requirement to the public. The decision will take effect as of Thursday, November 13, 2008.
