The Board of Sea Star Capital (SEAS.CY) has made a proposal for the listing of the company's stock in foreign markets, following the completion of the first Share Capital increase scheduled for the end of September 2008, provided that the latter will be approved by the extraordinary General Assembly of June, 5th 2008.

The company considers that this listing will enhance foreign and institutional investors’ ability to trade company stock whereas the Athens Stock Exchange might be the one of those markets.
