Logicom: 59.77m rights exercised – 6,173,300m shares resulted

Logicom announced that the exercise of Rights pursuant to the Prospectus dated September 26, 2007 has been completed with the issue of 6,173,300 new shares. The total capital absorbed by the Company stand at CYP4.03 million (EUR6.88 million). As it has already been announced, the right holders exercised 59,769,370 rights at an exercise price of CYP0.65 (EUR1.11) per 10 rights, while 5,976,937 new shares have been issued, representing 96.82% of the total issue. The remaining 1,963,630 rights were distributed via the Book Building procedure to investors at the strike price of CYP0.727 (EUR1,242) per 10 Rights.
