Cyprus construction materials prices up 6.1% y/y in November

Petrol costs leap 39.5%

 

The price index of construction materials for November 2007 reached 141.84 (base year 2000=100.00), recording an increase of 0.79% over the previous month.

Compared with November 2006, the index rose by 6.1%, with petrol costs rising by a huge 39.5% over the previous year.

For the period January-November 2007, the index recorded an increase of 5.28% over the corresponding period of the previous year.
