Hellenic Bank to list 1.55m shares

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 1,548,494 ordinary shares of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, which have resulted from the exercise of American Type Warrants 2003/2007.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will increase to 278,168,128 shares. It is noted that the number of American Type Warrants 2003/2007 will drop to 15,136,681.
Trading will commence on November 21, 2007.
