Hadjiioannou Farm to list 6.9m shares

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 6,900,000 ordinary shares of Renos Hadjiioannou Farm Public Company Ltd, which have been granted to investors at the price of CYP0.12 each, after the authorization of the Board of Directors by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 26/9/2007.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will increase to 75,971,684 ordinary shares.
Trading will commence on Thursday, November 22, 2007.
