The Board of Directors of Buziba Ltd decided to submit a Public Offer for the acquisition of up to 100% of the issued share capital of Astra Self Drive Cars Public Ltd (ACR). The consideration that will be offered will be equal to EUR0.25 per share in cash. The shareholders of Buziba Ltd are Messrs. Andreas Kontos and Christos Kontos, who are also major shareholders and Board members of ACR. Andreas Kontos holds directly 10,158,730 shares in Astra and indirectly 2,033,109, via his sons, Constantinos and Vasilis Kontos. Christos Kontos holds 8,941,073 shares. The Public Offer is subject to the competent authorities’ approval. The Company will proceed to all necessary actions. Further information on the Public Offer will be included in the Public Offer Document, which will be prepared pursuant to the current legislation. ACR’s shareholders funds amounted to EUR1.1 mln or EUR0.036/share on 30 June 2007 and at EUR1.9 mln or EUR0.063/share on 12 December 2007. For the full year 2006, ACR reported losses of EUR0.6 mln, while for 1H 2007 it reported losses of EUR0.9 mln according to Sharelink Research.
