Colliers Hellas valuation for Dolphin investment in Aristo Cyprus

Colliers International Hellas has announced that it undertook a major valuation for the investment by Dolphin Capital Investors in Aristo Developers of this year.

Colliers International Hellas was assigned by Dolphin, the leading investor in the residential resort sector in Southeast Europe, to value the entire asset portfolio of Aristo, the largest golf resort and holiday home developers in Cyprus.

The valuation team at Colliers had the task of valuing several hundred parcels of land held for future development, 25 existing residential unit complexes, over 300 golf resort residential land plots, over 1,200 residential apartment units and 800 luxury villas – all located in various regions of Cyprus covering an area close to 13 mln sq.m. Within Greece, the project assignment also included nine sites totaling 350,000 sq.m. of land and three central Athens residential sites.

The service was provided by the Investment Consulting Advisory Services (ICAS) division of Colliers International Hellas. The gross value of the portfolio amounts to several hundred million Euros.

“This was an enormous and complex valuation and I’m really proud of the part we were able to play in such a landmark investment,” said Dimitris Papachristos, Head of Valuations of Colliers International Hellas.
