Cyprus Airways announce extra flights for Mecca pilgrims

Cyprus Airways have announced the launching of 42 additional aller – retour flights from Larnaca to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to facilitate Muslim pilgrims traveling to the Islamic holly city of Mecca.
Around 13,000 Muslims from all over Europe will travel to Mecca for their annual pilgrimage via Cyprus.
The Cyprus Airways extra flights will commence December 7, 2007 and last until January 9, 2008.
