MIG stake in OTE at 10.805%

Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A. revealed that its total percentage of voting rights held in the “Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A.” amounts to 10.805 %.

Of the above percentage, a) 6.3629 % corresponds to 31,187,757 shares of the Issuer held directly by the Company and b) 4.4421% corresponds to 21,772,970 shares of the Issuer, which the Company is entitled to acquire pursuant to the terms of a financial instrument (total return equity swap), with the relevant voting rights exercised pursuant to the Company’s instructions.
