Stats Service to survey wholesale and retail sectors

The Statistical Service has announced that it will carry out its annual survey on Wholesale and Retail Trade for the year 2006 from September 17, 2007.
The survey aims to collect basic statistical information concerning employment, sales, costs and investments of the relevant commercial enterprises.
These data are considered necessary for assessing the developments in the sector.
The Statistical Service kindly requests all enterprises included in the sample to give every possible assistance to the enumerators who will visit them to complete the relevant questionnaire.
The enumerators will have a special identity card issued by the Statistical Service.
