Prochoice to list 2.6m shares

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 2,550,000 ordinary shares of A.L Prochoice Group Public Ltd, which have been issued and allocated to Messrs. Tsaggaras Georgios 2,000,000 and Pericleous Kyriaki 550,000 respectively for the payment of a debt to the above pursuant to the EGM resolution dated December 28, 2006.

It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 111,674,804 shares.

Their trading will commence on Thursday, September 20, 2007.
