SEC forbids publication of bid on CPI

The Securities and Exchange Commission has not allowed the publication of the Public Offer Document for the acquisition of CPI Holdings Public Ltd by AL Prochoice, as this has been prepared by the Company’s consultants, since it believes that its content has shortages and does not meet the requirements. The Company will take all necessary measures in order to submit a completed Public Offer Document in the next few days and within the deadline set by the law.
