Options acquires EMAS

Options Cassoulides Plc (OPT) subsidiary, Choice Medical Communication Ltd, which operates in London and provides pharmaceutical services agreed to acquire 100% of the share capital of E.M.A.S. (European Medical Advisory Services), which also operates in the pharmaceuticals industry. The acquisition will be realised following the concession of 33% of Choice Medical Communication Ltd share capital to the existing shareholders of E.M.A.S.
