Lazari snaps up Greater London House for GBP 165 mln

Chris Lazari, the billionaire property mogul, has added another showpiece building to his ever expanding portfolio with the acquisition of Greater London House in Camden for GBP 165 mln.

The deal was completed in early August when the final details of the 330,000 sq. ft. art deco building acquired from Land Securities were all agreed.

Currently the building is let out as “loft style” office space, having been converted from an old cigarette factory in 1999. (London Greek News)
