CySEC warning on North Finance

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission issued a warning stating that North Finance Company Ltd., does not hold a license for the provision of financial services, is not a bank based in the Republic, with a Central Bank license, which allows to provide investment services and it is not established in the Republic or provides services pursuant to the provisions of articles 24-30 of the EPEY Law.
