Cyprus services turnover up in Q2

The Statistical Service released further figures of Friday on turnover in various subsectors of services, which account for well over 70% of GDP.

The turnover index for hotels and restaurants rose by 9.2% in April-June 2007 compared with the corresponding period of 2006.

Computer and related activities rose by 11.8% in the same period.

Legal, accounting, book-keeping and auditing rose by 8.0% and architectural, engineering and other related activities rose by 5.8%.
