Leda acquires property via its subsidiary Tipistar

Leda Investment Public Company Ltd announced that it has signed an agreement for the purchase of a plot on October 28th Avenue in Makedonitissa, Nicosia, which hosts a two-storey building with Diogenes Erotodou and Sons Ltd and Kykkos Holy Monastery.
The owners of the plot have no direct or indirect relation to the Company. The Company acquired the property against the sum of CYP1,750,000. The Company proceeded with this acquisition for investment and future development purposes. The acquisition is part of the Company’s strategic plan on the expansion of its activities in the sector of property and land development. The acquisition will contribute significantly to the improvement of the Company’s profitability. The acquisition was carried out via the 100% subsidiary Tipistar Corporation Ltd.
