CySEC approves bid document for Constantinou Bros

The Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC) has approved the publication of the tender document submitted by Andreas Constantinou (Offeror) seeking to acquire a minimum 50% plus 1 share and a maximum 100% of the issued share capital of Constantinou Bros Hotels Public Company Limited.
