HB bonus shares to staff

On July 25, 2007, 11,872 new shares of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd were issued, which were offered gratis to 18 staff members of the Group, based on the special resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 30, 2001. 

The shares were allocated gratis to all staff members of Hellenic Bank as an incentive for the promotion/sale of products and services of the Group.
