Macdonald & Co. to launch Middle East Salary Survey for real estate

Macdonald and Company, the property recruitment specialist, will launch the first Middle East Salary Survey for the real estate industry at Cityscape Dubai 2007 in October. The launch will follow the conclusion of a survey distributed to real estate professionals and companies across the region, in cooperation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Cityscape Dubai.

The publication of the Salary Survey will look into remuneration and benefits in the property sector. Real estate professionals can fill out the Survey form online by accessing the companies’ websites (www.macdonaldandcompany.ae  and www.cityscape.ae ).

Macdonald and Company produced a 4-page Salary Guide at Cityscape Dubai 2006 and the feedback encouraged them to go one step further with an in-depth Survey including compensation, bonuses, benefits and job satisfaction levels. The quality of the results this year will depend on active participation, explained William Buck, International Director, Macdonald and Company.

“The Middle East Salary Survey will be the first-of-its-kind publication in the regional property industry and will make available unknown industry information.
