Minerva AGM approves dividend

The Annual General Meeting of Minerva Insurance Company Public Ltd held on July 4, 2007 approved the proposed dividend of 0.5 cents (EUR0.0086) per share or 5% on the nominal value for 2006. The cum-dividend date will be Monday, July 16, 2007, while the ex-dividend will be July 17, 2007. The dividend will be paid to the shareholders on August 8, 2007.
