Apollo in negative profit warning

Apollo Investment Fund Pcl (APOL) issued a negative profit warning for its first half 2007 financial results on the back of amid lower gains from the sale and revaluation of investments. A year ago in the same period,  the Company reported a net profit of CYP 3.75 mln (EUR 6.42m). The Company’s adjusted NAV as at 30 June 2007 following the issue and listing of 3.7 mln shares, which resulted from dividend reinvestment stands at CYP 0.5311 (EUR 0.9099). Additionally, The Company’s Board will convene on 19 July 2007 to examine its first half 2007 financial results.
