Kleanthis Savva Developers has expanded into Norway, opening an office in Lillehammer, the town famous for hosting the Winter Olympics. This will allow the company to take advantage of this growing market where Cyprus’ weather and tax advantages are very attractive.

“Norway and Scandinavia is very important to us. It is a relatively new market that is growing rapidly. We have already begun to appoint a network of estate agents in the region, and also have our own base in Sweden, to enable us to continue to provide our customer service,” said Fotis Yiannakou, sales and marketing manager for Kleanthis Savva Developers.

In 2006, over 50,000 Norwegians visited Cyprus and this number looks set to increase in 2007. According to Bjorn Blomli, overseas marketing manager for Kleanthis Savva in Norway, “Cyprus is definitely growing in popularity here and as it is relatively new, it is important that we have people on hand to provide advice and support our customers through the whole process, in the local language. Buying abroad can be very easy, especially in Cyprus where the process is straightforward. We aim to maintain this simplicity and transparency so that our customers find the whole experience enjoyable.”

Kleanthis Savva builds and sells across the West of the island.  These are in prime locations stretching from the popular areas near Coral Bay to Paphos and Limassol.

Kleanthis Savva Developers was established in Chlorakas, Paphos in 1994 and maintains its family roots.  It has built up a reputation for high quality in its properties, finishes, its professionalism and customer service. Last year, it opened the Kleanthis Savva Home Centre, a retail outlet that enables the company to provide its customers with a wide choice of the latest interior finishes and furniture.
