SFS to list 11.8 mln shares

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 11,782,410 ordinary shares of SFS Group Public Company Ltd, which have been issued as a consideration for the acquisition of 18.64% of the share capital of White Knight Holdings Public Company Ltd.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will rise to 58,704,239 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.60 each.
Trading will commence on Monday, July 2, 2007.
