Residents of Cyprus travelling abroad

According the Statistical Service, 79,452 residents of Cyprus returned from a trip abroad in March 2007 compared to 63,280 in the corresponding month last year recording an increase of 25.6%. In March 2007 there was an increase of 43.0% on the trips of residents to Greece (from 24,080 in March 2006 to 34,442 in March 2007) and 50.8% increase to the United Kingdom (from 11,112 to 16,760).
