SFS to list new shares

The CSE Council announced that it has accepted the listing of 5 ordinary shares of “SFS Group Public Company Ltd” of nominal value 0.10, which have been issued to Mr. Christos Vaslamis, new officer of the subsidiary Sharelink Securities & Financial Services Ltd against 0.10 each.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will rise to 281,530,974 shares.
Trading commenced on Thursday, May 3, 2007.
