PrimeTel breaks past 5000 subscribers

PrimeTel, the alternative telecommunications provider offering its Triple Play service of telephony, Internet and television announced that the number of its subscribers now exceed 5.000.

“The public’s major response, and the unique service packages that PrimeTel offers, have established the company as the most significant alternative broadband service provider in the Cypriot market,” said Mr Stephanos N. Stephanou, Marketing Manager for the company.

The company gave a 37” LCD television to the lucky subscriber from Limassol who became the number 5000 subscriber in February.

Meanwhile, PrimeTel announced that it has opened a new Customer Support Centre in the heart of Nicosia. This is the second store in Nicosia and aims to provide better and faster customer support to PrimeTel’s clientele.

Last week the Financial Mirror had reported that PrimeTel is preparing to become a public company in anticipation of a flotation on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
